Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Please note: To access the door to The Coco, head up the ramp located on the side of Winter Street and walk straight up the stairs. If you are arriving after 10:00 pm, your key and check-in instructions will be located at the front desk.
We do our best to accommodate early and late check-ins with advanced notice. If you expect to arrive before or after check-in hours, please notify us by calling the hotel directly as soon as possible prior to arrival.
We highly recommend leaving your car behind when visiting the island. Our hotels offer limited parking and we cannot guarantee off-street availability. Martha's Vineyard is best explored by bike or foot, and our public transportation system is outstanding, making it easy to get around and enjoy all the island has to offer!
Most guests prefer not to bring a car to the island, as parking is limited, including at our hotel properties. Each hotel offers a small number of paid parking spaces at $50 per day, available by reservation only. To ensure availability, please contact your hotel directly for parking details prior to your arrival.
Yes, several of The Edgartown Collection's properties offer ADA-compliant rooms and suites to ensure accessibility for all of our guests. Some properties feature accessible accommodations, while others may include certain accessible features. However, due to the historic nature of certain buildings, some properties are unable to fully meet ADA accessibility requirements. Please feel free to contact us directly to discuss your specific needs, and we will be happy to assist in selecting the best accommodations for your stay.

Before booking a reservation, please note that while there is a ramp to enter the building, not all rooms are able to be accessed by wheelchair. One of our guest rooms (the King Deluxe 1st Floor room) is located on the first floor and has many accessible features, but does require a step to enter the walk-in shower. Our guest rooms are not able to fully meet ADA accessibility requirements due to the historic nature of the property.

Before booking a reservation, please note that there are four exterior stairs required to enter the building. There is no elevator on property (though we do have a few 1st-floor rooms), and our guest rooms do not meet ADA accessibility requirements due to the historic nature of the property.

Two-night reservations are required on most weekends, with a three-night minimum required for major holiday weekends and during peak season. This may cause our availability calendar to show “No Availability.” During the week (Sunday through Thursday nights), some rooms may not be available for a one-night stay. Interested in a one-night stay? Please call or email the property directly.
For any reservation cancellation (excluding non-refundable rate bookings), we require a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of your stay, for any reason, will result in a non-refundable deposit. However, you are always welcome to transfer your reservation to a friend or family member.
Our breakfast includes thoughtfully curated small plates, providing you with the opportunity to indulge in a delightful balance of sweet and savory flavors—imagine tapas, elevated for the morning.
Please note: Guests of The Coco can enjoy breakfast each morning at The Sydney, located next door.
Yes! All of our properties offer free high-speed WiFi for your use, and you will receive information about logging in at check-in.

While we welcome service animals, we're sorry that we can't accommodate pets, including emotional support animals, at our hotels. However, we'd be delighted to help you find nearby pet care options to ensure your furry friend is well taken care of during your visit!
We're happy to welcome families with children at The Edgartown Collection. Please note that some of our rooms are designed to accommodate up to two guests, including little ones and infants, to ensure a cozy and comfortable stay. For more details on additional guest fees, please see below.
Most of our hotel rooms are limited to a maximum occupancy of two (2) total people of any age. All of our rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted in room descriptions. Extra guests (where they can be accommodated) will be charged an additional fee of $50 per person per night, including children and infants.
At The Sydney, we have two suites that offer pull-out sofas and can accommodate up to four (4) people each. At The Richard, we offer a two-bedroom suite that can accommodate up to four (4) people.
If you're traveling with children, family, or a larger party, we're happy to book multiple rooms for your stay if available.
